Returns & Replacements

Return Policy:
Our goal is 100% satisfaction for your purchase from Coastal Soul Boutique.  Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. No returns on Pre-Order items. All discounted/sale merchandise are final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once you receive your return label please securely package the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the address below. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels.

  We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we recommend insuring your package. 

Important:  All Returned Items Must Be In Brand New Condition With No Alterations, Odors ( Sweat, Perfume, Smoke, Pets, ETC. ), And All Tags Must Be Attached And Free Of Any Defects. Coastal Soul Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Replacement Policy: Standard exchange- Once we receive your item for an exchange, we will send your replacement item to you at no additional cost. As soon as we have shipped the item, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

Please Note: Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Refund Information: All refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Updating Account Information

At the top of your page, click on to My Account, login to registered customers. Make the necessary changes to your account, ( i.e. email address, billing address, password, etc.). Once you have edited these changes click on add/save and your account will automatically update.

Coupon Code Restriction

• Coupon codes cannot be applied to Pre-Orders
• Coupon codes cannot be applied to sale items
• Coupon codes cannot be combined
